All prices are in UK pounds sterling and include postage and packing.

We accept the following credit cards - Visa, Access, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Eurocard and Connect. Credit card payments must include the name, number and expiry date on the card.Credit card payments can be made using our Secure Order Form (SSL), by telephone, letter or fax.

Cheques, bank drafts and postal orders must be in UK pounds sterling.Please make cheques and postal orders payable to ARTWORKS.

Orders will normally be dispatched within 24hrs or immediately after cheque clearance.

We do not accept cash on delivery.

UK Returns Policy.

To comply with The Consumer Protection (Contracts Concluded by Means of Distance Communications) Regulation 2000.

Please make sure that the product specifications suit your requirements before ordering. (Leaflets are available on request). Due to the nature of the goods, refunds cannot be given once the product has been opened unless the goods are faulty. Faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded.

You have the right to cancel unopened goods within 7 working days of delivery. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing. The customer is responsible for returning the goods in good condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
